Handle medium and large projects.
Deliver projects within schedule and budgets.
Troubleshoot critical customer incidents and breakdowns within the agreed service levels for self and team.
Adhere to process policies and procedures.
Maintain and acquire certifications as per business requirements for self and team.
Escalate and coordinate with SMEs/vendors for critical cases and major implementation issues.
Willing to work on-field at customer premises for projects and support functions based on requirements.
Provide a consultative approach in delivering projects and support functions, which can lead to additional opportunities.
