Responsibilities
Experience in installation, testing, implementing and commission IT infrastructure and ensure reliability and efficiency
Undertake projects on new or existing network implementation and enhancement
Work closely with pre‑sales to plan for post sale activities on proposed solutions and consultancy services
Understand and be able to articulate the pain points experienced by customers
Conduct fault analysis and verification test on recovered malfunction equipment or accessories from fault calls
System support to elevate issue to principal TECH for problem resolution
Able to perform the role of project lead in network implementation and integration
Well versed with the advanced engineering and administration of multiprotocol routers, multilayer switches and network security devices
Requirements
