Job Description
Senior Network Engineer Responsibilities: - Lead and deliver new network/security or tech-refresh projects, ensuring timely completion. - Ensure projects are delivered professionally and with quality. - Coordinate and work with Project Managers to properly execute the projects scope of work. - Provide regular and timely projects updates to key stakeholders. - Design and implement new network and/or security solutions and/or optimize the efficiency of current networks and/or security. - Preparation of Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and other projects documentations/diagrams as required. - Completion of required User Acceptance Test (UAT) or relevant customer required tests and with proper documentations. - Provide knowledge transfer to customer and other stakeholder upon completion of projects. - Assist Day 2 Network Team with troubleshooting for managed service customer when requested. - Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
