Built by a team that stepped away from the “sell and move on” model, they focus on long-term client relationships, quality delivery, and continuous improvement rather than constant new logo chasing. With multiple new projects kicking off and a strong existing customer base, they’re looking to bring in a Senior BC Consultant to play a key role in delivery and help shape how the practice evolves.
