What's the role about?

We're looking for a commercially minded and analytical Senior Merchandiser to join our Outlets department. In this key role, you'll lead the planning, trading, and stock management of Outlet product across all channels, ensuring sales, margin, and stock targets are achieved. Working collaboratively with Buying, Retail, and Warehouse teams, you'll manage the range planning process, critical path, and in-season trading to deliver a balanced, brand-right, and commercially successful product offer across the Reiss Outlet business.
