Position Overview
Job Description: - Coordinate MEP design, construction, and installation works for data center projects.
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination using Revit and BIM throughout project execution.
- Support DfMA planning, modularisation, and off-site prefabrication activities.
- Coordinate specialist MEP systems and liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Participate in Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities and project handover.
- Review constructability, technical proposals, and value engineering initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, applicable codes, and authority regulations.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical and coordination issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the project team to achieve quality, safety, and project delivery objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
