We are currently looking to recruit a motivated and experienced part time Band Senior Mental Health (MH) Practitioner to join our St Ives and St Neots Older People’s Community Mental Health Team. This is a great opportunity to join our effective and friendly team working with a client group with more complex mental health needs. 

You will be part of a team comprising of Mental Health Practitioners and Support Workers. Working closely with Psychologists, OT and Psychiatrists thus enabling effective coordinated care delivery. 

We provide service-user focused, evidence-based interventions for people aged and over living in their own homes/care homes with either functional or organic mental health illness. We provide high quality assessment, treatment, and care coordination which is informed by your professional bodies and National policy.
