Main responsibilities
- Provide high level administrative support to the CAMHS team.
- Manage consults, diaries, bookings for clinics and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Draft and update correspondence, letters, emails and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Enter all correspondence into the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.
- Organise venues, accommodation and agendas for meetings.
