Responsibilities
- Lead media transformation that drives significant strategic value and impact, rooted in E2E human connections and focused on audience-first within brand and portfolio planning.
- Facilitate cross functional collaboration between privacy office, legal, commercial, Ecomm & shopper teams to achieve e2e media strategy while remaining PepsiCo compliant.
- Lead Personalisation at scale and consumer data to create better targeting and customised messages for better experiences through every touchpoint.
- Embed Growth Navigator framework into media best practices.
- Entrench BBI principles to enable media effectiveness.
- Co-create best-in-class capabilities with agency partners that build PepsiCo’s pull muscle across the media value chain and enable their best expertise.
