As a Senior Mechanical Estimator you will have the opportunity to use your skills to work on hospitals, laboratories, projects, large industrial and institutional projects.

Responsibilities:

Complete mechanical and plumbing estimates with project size exceeding $10 million.

Complete estimates in Design Build, Design Assist, and Hard Bid Formats.

Develop accurate estimates from schematic design documents.

Write subcontractor scopes, negotiating pricing and issuing subcontracts.

Mentor Junior Estimators.
