Design systems specifically for offsite manufacturing and DfMA principles.Ensure designs are optimized for factory assembly, testing, transportation, and repeatability.Interface with manufacturing, quality, commissioning, suppliers, clients, and certification bodies.Support technical submittals, design reviews, and third-party approvals.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.What we look for
