Quality Control

• Comply with the Company’s quality management procedures
• Supervise and coordinate all materials testing activities
• Assess laboratory test results
• Visual assessment of construction process
• Visual inspection of completed elements
• Ensure the correct use of materials
• Provide reliable test results to ARE’s

Contractor Liaison

• Maintain good relations with all stakeholders
• Liaise with the Contractor with regards to the construction process, e.g. compaction problems
• Comment on and make recommendations with regards to mix designs
• Evaluate and report on mix designs

Reporting

• Maintain an effective up to date site diary
• Compile monthly reports
• Reporting of results and final assessment of completed work
• Do monthly audits as required by the ARE/RE ...
