Job Responsibilities
Apply basic engineering principles to perform routine design, fabrication, and/or evaluation in support of production operationsManufacturing routes and work instructions for productionIdentify and procure tools, materials, and fixturing in support of productionManage maintenance repair and calibration schedules for production equipmentProvide Capital Asset reviews and inputs for future requirements/improvementsProvide written reports and support IPT meetings as neededSupport production and prototype proposal efforts and provide OPS team estimatesSupport 6S activities and Continuous Process ImprovementDetermine Root Cause and Corrective Actions for production/assembly issuesRead and interpret mechanical assembly drawings and/or support documentation and provide inputs for improvementsWork closely with Assemblers, Supervisors, ...
