The Chief Architect is responsible for refining and stewarding TIAA's Enterprise Architecture vision while providing architectural leadership across all lines of business. The role will balance strategic and tactical initiatives while leading the development of standards and patterns for software tooling, modern technology design principles, and reference architectures.
