Tote Board’s Strategic Planning and ERM function operates as a high-impact team. Reporting directly to the Assistant Director, you will contribute to how complex Whole-of-Government (WOG), MOF and Tote Board objectives are synthesised into coherent strategic narratives. This role is for a high-potential builder who transitions from following processes to thinking strategically, bridging broad mandates and operational reality. You will be coached by the Head of Department on Board-level narratives and Enterprise Risk Management, with exposure to Senior Management and the Board.

Meaningful contribution involves understanding the downstream impact of strategic and risk decisions. The role follows a structured annual cycle of planning and risk reviews, with an emphasis on iterative improvement to core frameworks in a changing environment.
