Key Responsibilities

• Lead and managelithium trading activities (physical and derivatives)
• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of the trading team
• Develop and implementtrading strategies and sales initiatives
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, legal, finance) and external counterparties
• Identify and developnew business opportunities, suppliers, and trading structures
• Managerisk exposure , including market, credit, and counterparty risks
• Oversee hedge positions, P&L monitoring, and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Drivemarket intelligence efforts , including supply/demand analysis and industry insights
• Prepare budgets, reports, and support strategic planning initiatives
