The Senior Insights Manager, Foresight supports the organization in anticipating future market, consumer, and category dynamics. In this role, you will build and sustain a structured foresight capability, combining rigorous secondary landscape analysis with self‑directed primary research. You will identify emerging trends, demographic shifts, and category opportunities, translating them into clear implications for portfolio strategy, innovation, and long‑range planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Foresight Framework Ownership
  • Own and continuously evolve the company’s foresight framework, including methodology, cadence, and tools to identify, assess, and track trends.
