Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: 1. Enabling Growth: - Lead development & execution of THKMC's strategic plans & initiatives to drive growth & enhance competitive advantage.
- Monitor & evaluate continuously the progress of strategic initiatives, adjusting as necessary.
2. Research: - Conduct comprehensive Social Service and Community Care (SS&CC) sector research, competitor analysis, and sectoral trend assessments to identify opportunities & threats. Understand how this data could be relevant for THKMC services & operations.
3. Data Analytics: - Analyse data & perform quantitative analysis to glean insights about THKMC client, caregiver, volunteer & corporate partner populations.
