In this role, you will:
Deliver accurate and timely pipeline reporting and forecasting to provide visibility into sales performance and support strategic decision-making.Oversee sales technology and tool adoption, including the integration and effective use of AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and insights.Collaborate on email campaign strategy, creation, and deployment to drive engagement and conversion across the sales funnel.Lead workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to streamline operations.Design and maintain sales dashboards and performance analytics that enable data-driven decisions and actionable insights.Manage a sales enablement team responsible for training, onboarding, change management, and quality assurance, ensuring the sales organization is equipped for success.
