Job Summary

Supports the Country Chief Risk Officer (CCRO) in risk governance activities and oversight of the country risk management framework in line with Philippine regulatory requirements. Acts as the central coordination point for CCRO owned principal and non-principal risks, ensuring effective governance, committee oversight, reporting, and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Strategy – Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of country risk governance aligned with the Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Business – Partner with Front Office and senior management to support informed risk reward decision making within approved risk appetite.
• Processes – Embed the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Risk Type Frameworks; coordinate preparation of the Country Risk Appetite, governance reports, dashboards, and risk mapping.
