Senior Manager – Regulatory Reporting

Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Reporting : Manage preparation and submission of reports to regulators (RBI, SEBI, etc.).
Compliance Management : Ensure timely compliance with applicable regulations and statutory requirements.
Stakeholder Liaison : Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and internal teams.
Monitoring Regulatory Changes : Track evolving regulatory frameworks and implement necessary changes.
Data Accuracy : Maintain integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of disclosures.
Team Leadership : Guide and train analysts/associates in reporting processes.
Personal Specification
Qualification:

CA (Chartered Accountant)
Experience:

5+ years in regulatory reporting, compliance, or financial control roles
Thorough knowledge of RBI and SEBI circulars and guidelines applicable to NBFCs.
