Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Align Tech & OPS applications with IHS Towers business goals. Collaborate with business leaders to understand and prioritize application needs.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of business application projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Application Portfolio Management: Oversee a subset of IHS Towers portfolio of business applications – ServiceNow, Redcube … etc. Evaluate and implement new functionalities as needed while continuously assess the performance and relevance of the applications.
• Change Management: Approve, monitor and track Business Applications changes from design to deployment. Prepare release calendars.
