We are on the lookout for an experienced, highly structured Senior Manager, People Partner to join the Pandora People Partner Team based out of Malaysia. On our journey to always deliver amazing experiences, you will serve as a critical strategic and operational anchor for our specialized business units.

You will partner closely with business leaders, our Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Workforce Planning teams to design and execute people strategies that drive organizational efficiency, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and enable employees to do their best work.
