Position Overview
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Lead a group of managers and analysts across the Spartanburg campus to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of outbound shipments are met while adhering to and maintaining customer requirements. Oversee the end-to-end process of building, routing and scheduling outbound shipments to achieve monthly forecasts. Support the DC operations for optimal building flow in conjunction with DC KPIs and Supply Chain initiatives.Lead business process design and improvement to create, sustain and govern routing metrics and reports that support business requirements and ensure they are successfully executed against.Drive key routing improvement initiatives to develop best practices and provide data driven insight and resolution recommendations across the NAM network. Oversee changes in existing and/or new systems to confirm end-to-end order flow is maintained.
