Position Overview
Position Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure satisfactory services are delivered within turnaround timeUnderwrite large amount and complex application and review suggest casesBe the first port of call to resolve appeals and complaintsEnsure underwriting standards as per Audit Guidelines while meeting pricing assumptions of mortality and morbidityPolish and enhance underwriting rules and guidelines to ensure both are reasonable and practical and in line with market practicesKeep track of competitors’ practices, provide recommendations and business cases to enable enhancement of existing guidelinesStreamline and enhance workflow and processes to ensure operational efficiency Participate in product development and lead implementation from UnderwritingConduct and arrange training to underwritersLead projects when requiredRequired Qualifications:
