The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company’s Labor Relations organization is looking for a Senior Manager - Labor Relations, to join our dynamic team supporting key union other non-union Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) sites. This critical role will manage a team of Labor Relations Specialists in Southern California and Mesa, Arizona, serving as the primary labor contact for multiple collective bargaining agreements while driving positive employee relations initiatives at key BDS sites.
This position allows the selected candidate to be based out of one of the following: Mesa, AZ, El Segundo, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; Long Beach, CA or Los Angeles, CA.
