Position Overview

RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Lead workplace services and facilities operations across a distributed leased office portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality environments while maintaining consistent standards and hands-on operational oversight across regions.
  •  Lead site selection and end-to-end leasing activities, partnering with senior stakeholders to support negotiations, ensure operational readiness for new and changing locations, manage landlord relationships, and mitigate lease-related risk.
  •  Build trusted relationships with local and regional leaders, partner cross-functionally to align workplace services and priorities, and act as a strategic conduit to deliver global standards while respecting local needs and regulations.
