Position Overview
Your Tasks
Manage the integration into the Mutares finance and reporting processes of our portfolio companies on-site and support the Operations finance workstream Work closely with the CFO, the local finance team as well as the Mutares restructuring team on site and the Mutares Group finance team of the Holding Manage the financial integration of new acquisitions into the Mutares Group (e.g. establish opening balance, manage PPA, perform IFRS conversion) Manage and improve financial statement closing and other finance/controlling processes and at the same time establish a well-functioning finance organisation in the portfolio company Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit processes
Your Profile
At least 4 years of experience in management consulting or a Big4 consulting firm (both preferably with restructuring experience) or controlling/finance department o...
