**POSITION PROFILE**

Ricoh Graphic Communications is seeking a Product Manager for the production label and packaging market. This Product Manager role is a foundational, market-building position focused on defining, launching, and scaling Ricoh’s label technology portfolio through a combination of product strategy, partnerships, and go‑to‑market execution. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management, this role carries a strong dotted-line responsibility to the National Director for Industrial Print, to shape partnerships, commercial models, and field enablement.
