Overview

The Senior HR Manager will lead and oversee end-to-end human resources functions in the Philippines, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations (ER), and employer branding. This role is critical in ensuring a steady talent pipeline—particularly for brokers and property-related roles—while maintaining a positive and compliant work environment. The position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a strategic and operational role in supporting business growth.

   • Lead full-cycle recruitment for key business roles, particularly brokers and property-related positions
   • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and build a strong talent pipeline
