Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead and drive key HR initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Strategic HR partnering. The role requires a strong leader capable of aligning HR strategies with business goals while ensuring a high-performance and people-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and workforce planning for business-critical roles.
Drive Performance Management processes including goal setting, appraisals, calibration, and succession planning.
Partner with leadership teams on organizational development and people strategy.
Strengthen employee engagement, retention, culture-building, and grievance management initiatives.
