This role plays a pivotal part in accelerating the growth of the Health business by shaping compelling health propositions, activating distributions to drive sales, and delivering sustainable health targets. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, the role translates health priorities into clear propositions, practical enablement, and measurable outcomes across the distribution. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with a passion for health propositions, working closely with Agency, Marketing and Operations, while driving effective communication and engagement with Agency and Marketing teams to build momentum, alignment, confidence, and consistent results in health sales.
