In this role you will:
Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Manage the team (Direct and indirect reports) in area of project scheduling, technical direction, future planning and standard development practices.Manage the department and project recruitment, identify training requirement, retention and staff performance.Ensure proper support procedures and processes are in place to support the various existing production systems.
