Senior Manager, Digital Product- Philippines

The role exists to deliver on Western Union’s ecosystem strategy in the Philippines. The ecosystem strategy focuses on deploying additional financial services beyond remittances to meet more of our customers’ financial needs. While the Philippines is the priority market, the successful candidate may also work on programs for other markets in Asia Pacific.

Role Responsibilities

The role will be part of the APAC Product Team and will manage and own all aspects of the program, including design and build of new non‑remittance‑based user experiences, defining business requirements, coordinating regulatory licensing and compliance, managing commercial relationships with suppliers, launch planning, internal reporting, pricing, and ongoing customer lifecycle management.

This is a non‑technical role with end‑to‑end accountability for each new service/product offered in the market.
