SENIOR MANAGER – CONTRACTS

Key Responsibilities

• Manages all activities related to contractual and commercial issues, including contracts with clients, partnering agreements, exclusivity/tie‑up arrangements with vendors/subcontractors, and related contractual terms and conditions.
• Conducts risk review processes, identifying, mitigating, and managing contractual risks during the pre‑qualification and bidding stages, until contract award.
• Supports and manages contracts risk identification, mitigation, and management during pre‑qualification and bidding.
• Participates as a member of the Risk Review Committee.
• Manages contractual, legal, tax, commercial, and insurance matters associated with the company’s business, client contracts, and partnering agreements during pre‑qualification and bidding.
