Job Overview

The Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement is responsible for the strategice development, management, and execution of our continuous improvement objectives, collaborating with senior executives, and ensuring that processes are optimized to enhance efficiency and overall performance. This role involves shaping and enacting the organization’s strategic direction through the Hoshin Kanri / Policy Deployment process by identifying priority areas for improvement, managing change initiatives, and tracking the impact of improvement projects. This is a remote position and requires up to 75% travel.
