ABOUT THE ROLE:

TheSenior Manager, CIT Platformis responsible forleading the strategy, growth, and retention of Fifth Third’s Collective Investment Trust (CIT) platform within Institutional Services. This role provides enterprise-level ownership of the CIT business, ensuring alignment with institutional client needs, market opportunities, and the bank’s broader strategic priorities.

As a platform leader, this roleis accountable for the design, oversight, and continuous improvement of CIT-related processes, systems, governance, and external vendor relationships. The position partners closely with Investment Management, Fiduciary Services, Institutional Sales, Risk, Legal, and Operations to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing solutions.
