Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the strategic planning and development of facilities in support of the workspace (research and office) needs. Central to it is to formulate a master plan of space needs, M&E infrastructure requirements, market and financial analysis strategies, conceptualize and engage stakeholders and users to co‑develop a workplace which is financially and environmentally sustainable.
Key Accountabilities - Strategic Planning – Support the development of long‑term space plans and utilization strategies for the entire A*STAR portfolio, considering research needs and future growth projections.
- Compliance and Regulations – Conduct due diligence and advise management on compliance with building codes, regulations and industry standards across locations.
