Job Description Job Purpose Provide machining services of oilfield connections. Manufacture and repair of fishing, rental and casing tools. Responsibilities OPERATIONS Manufacture screens. Operate CNC machines to machine parts as per requirement and in accordance to established API specifications and procedures to meet specific requirements. Program machine to perform work as per drawings. Accountable to produce part within cycle time as per router including loading and unloading. Responsible and accountable to scan production hours as per procedure to ensure utilization of effective hours (Total time – Break hours). Accountable for inspecting quality of first part produced during the shift as per Standard Operating Procedure. Responsible for ensuring zero rejection, rework and initial analysis of any rejection.
