Represent clients in litigation matters from pre-trial through trialDraft pleadings, motions, written discovery, briefs, and other legal documentsAttend hearings, depositions, trials, and client meetingsConduct legal research, case analysis, and strategic evaluationCollaborate with associates, paralegals, and trial attorneys on case strategyManage substantive litigation responsibilities with a high level of independenceBuild and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communicationSupport business development efforts and contribute to the continued growth of the practice Qualifications
