Main Functions:
Fundamental in driving up the technical standards and capabilities of the company.Collaborates with colleagues and management to review departmental progress and technical needs.Consistently researches technological developments and cascades information down to the team and up to management.Assists the Head of Discipline in the design, updating and implementation of thorough training programs at all levels.Works closely with the Head of Discipline in identifying the suitability of existing inventory of kit in the warehouse and making appropriate recommendations.Training and supervising Engineers, Technicians and Crew on operation of equipment and through tasks.Working as part of a team on and off site.Configuring equipment at exceptional levels.Having an advanced understanding/knowledg...
