Senior Legal Counsel – Legal and Privacy Department – Contract, Full Time (up to 18 months) Location: 5310 Explorer Drive, Mississauga | Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday‑Friday | Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week in office) Targeted Salary Range: $142,176 - $168,384 Key Responsibilities

Legal Advice, Support, and Collaboration

– Provide legal advice and support to clients on significant and complex matters, including review and drafting of complex agreements, supervision of commercial transactions, strategic projects, legal research, collective bargaining support, litigation and dispute resolution, and coordination with external counsel.
