Key Responsibilities


+ Design, refine, and deploy AI Agents and AI-powered solutions to support legal tasks, including high-touch assistance with prompt engineering and the development of automated legal workflows.

+ Serve as the primary bridge between the Legal Department and the Technology/IT teams to ensure AI tools and services are effectively meeting the needs of Newegg’s attorneys and business units.

+ Stay abreast of advancements in generative AI and LegalTech. Proactively identify and pilot new tools (Proof of Concept), conducting objective evaluations against incumbent products.

+ Act as a dedicated resource for internal legal teams seeking AI support. Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions on the creative and practical uses of AI in corporate legal practice.
