We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Legal Counsel, ECM and M&A, Corporate and Institutional Banking Legal** **.**

The successful candidate will report to the Managing Associate General Counsel, Global Head of ECM and M&A, Corporate and Institutional Banking Legal and will be based in Hong Kong.

This role sits within a team of 4 FTE and also works closely with the Head of Capital Markets Advisory South-East Asia in relation to international ECM and M&A activities undertaken by the business team in Singapore.
