Position Overview
Responsibilities - IT Law expert including drafting, negotiating and finalizing varied IT contracts, with an emphasis on standard software licensing, SaaS/Cloud, reselling, MSP and other channel agreements as well as professional services agreements.
- Proficient in assessing contract requirements, critical provisions/terms and conditions to ensure compliance with our templates and applicable laws and regulations.
- Corporate governance, code of ethics and conduct and compliances.
- Must be solution and goal oriented, a strong team player and capable of working with little supervision to a common goal.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills. Performs other job‑related duties as assigned by management.
Position Requirements - Local law degree preferred with minimum 10‑year experience in the IT industry (ideally with standard software/SaaS vendors).
