Job Summary
The Senior Leasing Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing leasing operations to ensure optimal occupancy, revenue generation, and strong tenant relations. The role requires strategic planning, leadership, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support the company’s leasing objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least three (3) years of working experience in a managerial or supervisory position, preferably in leasing, property management, or real estate.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and leasing or property management systems.
