ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As the Senior Lead, Content Operations & Deployment, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate, timely delivery of media content across our In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) and In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) platforms. You will be responsible for sourcing content from multiple service providers, performing rigorous quality assurance, and packaging and deploying content to the field on schedule. Content deployment includes traditional USB dispatchment as well as wireless content over terrestrial modem and satellite links.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across product, development, testing, deployment, and operations to identify, triage, and resolve content-related production issues.
