The **Law Clerk III Senior Division of Enforcement Trilingual (English/Cantonese/Mandarin)** shall provide legal research and litigation support to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Division of Enforcement. The SECs Division of Enforcement uses a variety of data, including current, historical, and future information on sensitive public company data, mutual fund data, and trade/quote data.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assists attorneys with all phases of the litigation process.
+ Performs complex legal research for trial staff.
+ Reviews documents for relevance and privilege
+ Compiles case materials.
+ Assists in the preparation or prepares draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and memoranda of law.
