An international law firm is looking to hire a Senior Lateral Recruitment Coordinator to support experienced hire activity within its London office. The right person could come from either an in-house or agency background.

This position plays a key part in delivering a smooth and professional hiring experience, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage the recruitment of lawyers across a range of practice areas.

• Acting as a key point of contact for agencies and search firms
• Organising interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate journey
