Market-related

Minimum requirements:

• LLB


• Admitted Attorney 


• Minimum 5 Years' post-admission experience in Labour Matters 


• Drafting of disciplinary policies, contract etc


• Chairing of disciplinary hearings


• CCMA Arbitration & litigation


• Drafting of Labour Court pleadings


• LLM in Labour Law advantageous
